CPS Releases Proposed 2012-2013 Track E Calendar
On Friday, March 16th, Chicago Public Schools released the proposed Track E Calendar for the 2012-2013 school year. This calendar is designed, according to the CEO, to be more student-focused and sensitive to the scheduling needs of parents and families. The new calendar increases the number of full weeks in the school year - adding 30 percent more full weeks and 10 additional student attendance days.
